"Where to begin? This is my third time at Osteria Migliore. The first two times were at the old location, and this third visit was a pleasant surprise, the new space is even more beautiful than the previous one. It’s one of those restaurants that makes me want to come back every time I return home to Sicily. In its simplicity, the food stays rooted in Sicilian tradition while still feeling unique and modern. I enjoyed everything, but the risotto inspired by Number 8 left me speechless. The price was more than reasonable, maybe even too low for the incredible food we had. I can’t wait to come back again."

"All this chef's dishes are delicious, most are inventive. From some dishes I could smell the incredible intense aroma of the herbs from a few meters distance. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, in a minimal way. The kitchen brigade works in utter silence. Service is fluent, friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The wines were super! I just noticed that our first bottle of wine this year was the same as last year, but now we had a bottle from 2017, last year it was 2020. I like Girolamo Russo very much, a most humble guy. Out of nowhere a boy (the chef's son) came to our table, offering a huge flower to my girlfriend, very cute! Last year after dinner I was too drunk to drive back to our apartment in Modica, so during dinner I arranged a hotel close by, with wide range check-in times. The sister (and mother) of the waitress drove us there, sister in my car and mom behind us in their car. An amazing service! So this year I arranged Cambiocavallo resort, on crawling distance, what a treat! We will come back again!"

"Best meal we had in last 2weeks in Sicily ! Very stylish restaurant, recently opened and full on a Tuesday evening! Food was sublime, we chose the 8 course tasting and we chose wines helped by the wonderful Valentina! This restaurant is a must for those wanting a really special meal!"

"Family run- Absolutely delicious- quantities are very well sized allowing for dessert space- definitely recommend a detour- I only gave 4 for atmosphere because as the restaurant has a lovely garden I thought dispersed candles would have been magical"
